Michael was introduced as the Engagement / Project Manager mid-stream for an Enterprise Portal initiative that impacted multiple business units, physicians, and consumers. The project had been stalled due to the inability to finalize the project requirements and had launch date that was quickly approaching. Michael was able to successfully gain consensus on the business and technical requirements across each of the major areas and effectively oversaw the delivery of this difficult project.
